It is a failure, and I've asked maintech to correct this. Maintech has
kindly offered to host the site many years ago, but none of us original
opentom hackers is still active for a long time, so it may get unnoticed
if there are website issues.
If anyone else wants to volunteer for hosting the mediawiki +
maintaining it (updates, spam fighting, etc.) I think we're more than
happy to move it...
