I am doing my first high speed design and looking for a recommendation. I already have Howard Johnson's black magic book and while looking through the latest IPC catalog came across their IPC-D-317A which calls itself "Design guidelines for electronic packaging utilizing high speed techniques". Does anyone have this spec and could give me a thumbs up or down on it?
