The default behovaior of many dual-proc video cards is to boot in clone mode. In clone mode, both video output channels deliver the same content. In horizontal-span or vertical-span modes, each monitor displays only a portion of the entire desktop. Check your system settings. The mfg of the video card you purchased should be able to help with the specifics, and they actually get paid to do so.
