I think the "Report is empty" message was added by me. Correct would have been "There is no further description associated with the selected report item.". It is thus not an indication of an error, it just means that an open port with no identified vulnerable service behind it has been found.
The change was made because prior to it, one would click on these report items and would see nothing in the "text" area to the right. I thought adding at least some words would feel more consistent.
