You could run GSA with the TZ environment variable set, as in
TZ=":Pacific/Auckland" gsad ...
and modify the text "(UTC)" in gsad.xsl.
Note, however, that the Manager expects clients to send times using the
timezone that the Manager is using. This is important for schedules. I
guess it will work if you set the same TZ for the Manager and the GSA.
