I assumed you had tied the task to a schedule because the assertion is
happening on such a task.  Hard to say what's going wrong.  One of the
schedules has a first time that comes after the start time for some reason,
I guess.  Maybe you changed the time on the machine and that broke things?

The single digit numbers are the row IDs of the task's schedule, from the
schedules table.
