Hi, Running on Centos 64bit. Arachni and Wapiti both installed and working at command line. I have successfully installed openVAS and run it against one of my servers. I get a report.
I get messages in the report saying : arachni report filename is empty. that could mean that wrong version of arachni is used or tmp dir is not accessible. In short: check installation of arachni and OpenVAS OID of test routine: 1.3.6.1.4.1.25623.1.0.110001 Log (CVSS: 0.0) NVT: wapiti (NASL wrapper) wapiti report filename is empty. that could mean that wrong version of wapiti is used or tmp dir is not accessible. Make sure to have wapiti 2.x as wapiti 1.x is not supported. In short: check installation of wapiti and OpenVAS OID of test routine: 1.3.6.1.4.1.25623.1.0.801102 Reading those messages, it appears that both tried to do something but have no access to the report files(log files ). What do I have to do to make these work with OpenVAS ? It appears that the integration with these 2 products requires something for which I cannot find documentation of any sort ?
