Hi Running OpenVAS 8 on Kali. Attempting authenticated SMB connections to my Microsoft O/S environment to check for patching levels on devices but currently failing with errors:
An TLS 1.0 connection request was received from a remote client application, but none of the cipher suites supported by the client application are supported by the server. The SSL connection request has failed. I have had a look on the archives and general searches and seen notes regarding changing the GNUTLS priorities string but I am unable to locate the correct locations for the config files to achieve this and make OpenVAS use the newer ciphers Thanks In Anticipation Regards Simon White This email is confidential and may be subject to privilege.
