I have just installed OpenVas on kali linux. The version that was installed with apt-get install openvas was v7.02. Scanner engine is 5.1.1
Install went fine and I am able to log in to the Web UI. When I attempt to sync the NVTs (as there are 0 installed) I get the following error: Resolving dl.greenbone.net (dl.greenbone.net) ... 89.146.224.58 (plus ipv6 address) Connecting to dl.greenbone.net (dl.greenbone.net) | 89.146.224.58 |:80 ... failed: Connection refused. I understand that the community NVTs should be available for download. Is there anything I can do to update the nvt's? Thomas
