I seems that this service wasn't detected as a ssl service. Please try the following: "Scan Configs -> Edit Scan Config -> Network Vulnerability Test Preferences -> Services (Test SSL based services) -> Edit" Change "Known SSL ports" to "All". Does that help to detect this service?
