The following NVTs are not reporting security alert, instead using
log_message(),
gb_nfs_rpc_rquotad_service_detect.nasl (log_message())- CVE-1999-0625
gb_icmp_timestamps.nasl (log_message()) - CVE-1999-0524
The CVSS score for these is 0 but, it makes sense to report them as
security_note().
Please let me know if anyone has concerns with this change.
