Windows XP SP2 Home edition

The current latest, there's no single version for the whole package
but gcc -v gives

I installed MinGW manually  by unpacking .tar.gz packages in c:/MinGW

1.0.10, installed using the installer provided at mingw.org

Patched it using the patch provided with openvpn, then ran ms\mw.bat
