The one-to-one NAT feature seems to be described on the man-page in the "--client-nat" section. The new management features are James' handywork, so they're probably described here:<http://openvpn.net/index.php/open-source/documentation/miscellaneous/79-management-interface.html> If not, then maybe on the man-page, or not at all.
