No, not easily.  If you want to create a VPN infrastructure where everyone with 
a GoDaddy certificate can log in, you could work something up.  Your 
certificate is likely not a CA or sub-CA, and thus would not be able to sign 
certificates for users.  Building your own CA with easy-rsa or ssl-admin is 
easy enough to not try and take short cuts.
