For the record: the cookbook is now nearly 3 years old indeed and it 
covers OpenVPN up to v2.2 (which was then not released). All 2.3 
features, including IPv6 are NOT covered.  Most recipes in the book are 
still relevant and useful, however.

The publisher of the book has not asked me (yet) to update the book , 
and contact with the publisher has not been that good anyways, so I am 
not sure if or when I will write an update.
