That is true for OpenVPN 2.3 (and possibly easy-rsa 2, I'm not sure),
but both openvpn git master (which will some day become OpenVPN 2.4) and
easy-rsa git master (which will some day become easy-rsa 3) do support
ECDSA with SHA2.
