Yes, but "built-in functionality" is some kind of software.  What 
software that is may or may not be significant.  I tend to think not, 
at this point.  IP routing is IP routing, regardless of media.

Site B's router needs a route to the VPN network via the VPN server 
at site A.  With that in place I bet it will all work.
