I created test installer:
https://chipitsine.github.io/oem/openvpn-install-2.4.0-I601.exe
it is aimed to resolve trac#806, also it should not breal anything else
(what is I'm afraid of, because /OEM is not a default option).
I would like to hear from you whether that installer breaks something else
or not.
be warned, it is test installer, I take no responsibility if it
occasionally breaks your production environment :-)
