Everything you'd put into a config file can be put on the command line
as well - though it gets a bit long.
OTOH, you still need TLS certificates (= files) or, for the most minimum
p2p case, a secret key (file). So "just run a command and it will do
VPN for you" is not something OpenVPN will do.
