What you are trying to achieve requires a deep understanding of IP routing,
and possibly NAT if shadowsocks can not route back OpenVPN client networks
back to the OpenVPN server.
Explaining this on a mailing list is way beyond what we can do here - you
need to read up on IP routing, IP addresses, Firewalling and NAT yourself.
... or go for something less complicated.
