I'll have a look at the logs you've sent to me, but I've got the impressions that these access exceptions are minor : on my dev machine (Debian GNU/Linux), OpenWFE trunk/ runs fine through all its automated tests (and of course through its unit tests as well). Seems like a window issue, I'll have a careful look at those logs.
