What is the purpose of the WorkflowDefinitionServer?
Somewhere in the documentation (http://www.openwfe.org/manual/ch04.html) there is stated that the Engine contains à Workflow definition server which is web server.
So I'm just curious to know why do we need a web server for the Workflow definitions?
