Hello, I've just run openwfe-embed/test.sh wich points to openwfe-embed/src/main/java/openwfe/org/embed/tst/TestWorklist.java which is very similar to the test in chapter 11 and it works fine (Trunk 1.7.3-SNAPSHOT). What version are you using ? On which platform ? Please note that the development of OpenWFE has switched from Java to Ruby.
