Makarand, textual scripts are easier to "version control". Ruote has "ruote-fluo" : http://difference.openwfe.org:4567/?pdef=pdef_ttt.xml (slightly old version) http://github.com/jmettraux/ruote-fluo/ But I'm sure it will not fit your requirements, since it's more a text editor with direct graphical rendering than the kind of thing you seem to be looking for. Note that there is a beginning of XPDL to ruote translation available at : http://github.com/jmettraux/ruote-transition/ But I think it's not interesting for people like you who are searching a free product rather than a project.
