How should ruote-amqp and ruote (2.0) be installed to work together.
I keep adding unshifts all over the place to get it to work with my
setup.

The following are all rooted in the same working directory:
 ruote-web2/
 ruote-amqp.jmettraux/
 ruote.0.9.20/
 ruote.0.9.21/
 ruote-amqp.kenneth.kalmer/
 ruote2.0 -> ruote2.0.jmettraux/
 ruote-amqp.asm.withmychanges/
 ruote-amqp.chasmanrors/
 ruote-amqp -> ruote-amqp.asm.new/
 ruote2.0.jmettraux/
 ruote-amqp.jmettraux.new/
 ruote-amqp.asm.new/
