Hello Asier,

there is no such manual. The starting point is http://ruote.rubyforge.org

OpenWFE felt like a framework, while ruote strives to be just a
library. Then there are other projects building on top of it (like
ruote-kit).

Take the time to teach yourself some ruby. It's quite easy. There are
lots of tutorials, quickstart, out there, just a google away.
