Hi, I've progressed well on porting from ruote-web2 to route 2.0 and
now I want to start deploying it on our internal environments. I'd
like to install it as a gem so I can keep upgrading but right now it's
not available on public repositories. I tried to create it in
gemcutter and of course I ran into permission issues. So I'm
wondering what my next approach should be.

1. Fork and deploy a different version on gemcutter (would delete and
port to your version when public)
2. Check into our git repo the vendor/plugin/ruote and port to the gem
when public.
3. Get permission to create and deploy the gem on gemcutter.

I'm wondering when you anticipate creating the gem for it so I can
figure out which approach I should take.
