Set it (or get it) from the admin web interface in the default organization (the organization object created automatically by ansible-openwisp2), go to: Home › Users and Organizations › Organizations › Default Then scroll down to "CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT SETTINGS" and you will find the shared_secret parameter.
