We discussed this on the IRC with Hauke and others, and it would be
more beneficial
to have an x86 glibc target.

That unlike archs38 would probably have an active user-base, cause
currently other
than making sure it compiles archs38 doesnt really provide any
feedback on whether
glibc actually works as expected.
