There is no maintainer, because they are new packages proposed for
inclusion.

Regarding testing, these packages build successfully on mips/fonera and
mipsel/AsusWl500gP.

isdnutils allows exporting (rcapid) and importing (libcapi with remote
patches) capiservices to other devices or from AVM's famous FritzBoxes.

asterisk14_chan_capi allows using these capi controllers with asterisk.
