The server is nginx, the following (recursive) rules should work (but aren't 
tested, I just had a quick look at [1]):

rewrite ^([^/]+)/(.*)$ $1(2f)$2
rewrite ^/(.*)$ http://oldwiki.openwrt.org/$1.html permanent
