Starting from a fresh checkout, I patched the rrdtoo, package and run ./script/feed install rrdtool.
However the required deps are not correctly installed. basically the system uses the deps defined for the older version of the package. I assume the reason is bacause the packages.index file is not updated.
How can I address this problem?
