Hi all, trying to `opkg install` one kmod from public repo into our custom-made OpenWrt system resulted in a following error:
Collected errors: * satisfy_dependencies_for: Cannot satisfy the following dependencies for kmod-fs-ext4: * kernel (= 3.18.20-1-7bed08fa9c06eb8089e82c200340ec66) * * opkg_install_cmd: Cannot install package kmod-fs-ext4. Can somebody please tell us: 1) What does -1- stands for in 3.18.20-1-7bed08fa9c06eb8089e82c200340ec66 (I guess that 7bed08fa9c06eb8089e82c200340ec66 is a random hash to give UUID to each build, and 3.18.20 is Chaos Calmer kernel version. But I can not figure out what does -1- stands for) 2) Why this build number check is needed, isn't kernel version sufficient for kmod compatibility?
