CONFIG_REGULATOR_GPIO is not enabled in the kernel config
I think the correct one is CONFIG_REGULATOR_FIXED_VOLTAGE, which was
already in the configuration, hence adding CONFIG_REGULATOR_GPIO has no
effect.
