He is probably talking about this commit: https://git.kernel.org/linus/a1769bb68a850508a492e3674ab1e5e479b11254 from kernel 5.6. This was backported to version v4.19.143 and v4.14.196 some days ago. The problem affects ath10k-ct in all versions (18.06, 19.07 and master) and ath10k in 19.07 and 18.06. Hauke
