This line is clearly wrong. See how you specify device name in above section.
option macaddr 34:BA:9A:CC:DD:EE But it doesn't get applied in my testing. As far as I know, there's no option to override the MAC in current luci. I am using ifconfig at boot to set the MAC, but that's transient and doesn't remain set.
