Comment (by thorstenhirsch): It's a Motorola SBV5121 cable modem. The link between router and cable modem is 100Mbps full-duplex and I'm pretty sure I saw a line like... [12345.67890] eth1: link up (100Mbps/Full duplex) ...in the output of dmesg. Sorry, I cannot check it right now. But here's what I tried and what I am absolutely sure of, even though I'm writing this all down from my memory: I called "ifconfig eth1 down" and "ifconfig eth1 up", then I saw in dmesg: [00000.000000] eth1: link down [00001.000000] eth1: link up (100Mbps/Full duplex) [00026.000000] eth1: tx timeout [00051.000000] eth1: tx timeout [00076.000000] eth1: tx timeout [00101.000000] eth1: tx timeout [...] -- Ticket URL: <https://dev.openwrt.org/ticket/18922#comment:43> OpenWrt <http://openwrt.org> Opensource Wireless Router Technology _______________________________________________ openwrt-tickets mailing list openwrt-tickets@lists.openwrt.org https://lists.openwrt.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/openwrt-tickets
