Before I even try to fix this, there's another issue: ip and ip-full both
install /usr/sbin/ip, and it seems that the non-full variant takes
precedence. This means that openswan's netkey support only works if
setkey is available, which is a big dependency.
Can someone fix ip-full or suggest how to fix it? Maybe it should be an
option in the ip package.
