I needed to setup a EAP-TLS / WPA2 access point on an Arduino Yun
running OpenWrt-Yun and felt that the patch belonged upstream.
This may be overly-specific to my setup but the four new configuration
vars (priv_key, ca_cert, server_cert and eap_user_file) are the core of
the feature that needs to be merged.
