 The following command doesn't have any effect. It doesn't show any errors
 too.

 iw dev wlan1 set txpower fixed 30mBm

 I've used both:
 http://downloads.openwrt.org/snapshots/trunk/ramips.rt3883/ and
 http://downloads.openwrt.org/barrier_breaker/14.07-rc2/ramips/rt3883/
