#17497: missing packages in latest Imagebuilder from trunk

After downloading latest Imagebuilde for ar71xx I see that there are few
missing packages that I got in previous versions of Imagebuilder.
What is causing there packages to be dropped from Imagebuilder?
Here is a that I found out, but there are probably others also:
Collected errors:
* opkg_install_cmd: Cannot install package bluez-libs.
* opkg_install_cmd: Cannot install package bluez-utils.
* opkg_install_cmd: Cannot install package i2c-tools.
* opkg_install_cmd: Cannot install package ntpclient.
* opkg_install_cmd: Cannot install package picocom.
* opkg_install_cmd: Cannot install package python.
