#17999: Support for TP-Link TL-WR720N v4

It appears firmwares for TL-WR720N v3 just work on v4, tested by directly
editing image files with a hex editor and flash them. The version number
in the image for v4 is 0x07200104.
It should be easy to add it to official builds after some tests.
