#18002: ImageBuilder: 'make clean' should not remove dl/

Because ImageBuilder is missing some of my favourite packages i included
the package repos in repositories.conf:
src/gz base
http://downloads.openwrt.org/barrier_breaker/14.07/ar71xx/generic/packages/base
The packages will be downloaded into directory dl/. Unfortunately 'make
clean' removes this directory, so 'make clean; make image' will fail
because the targetdir is missing.
fix is trivial, just remove the contents only and keep the directory, see
OpenWrt-ImageBuilder-ar71xx_generic-for-linux-x86_64-Makefile.patch
