#18187: Repeated random crashing and network trouble

Problems:
Networking will go completely dead, this coincides with a spontaneous
syslog message "eth0: link up (10Mbps/Half duplex)"
Kernel will randomly decide to panic and it will spew a repeated dump of
information.
This problem seems to persist even though I've tried flashing several
different versions including cryozap's version. I'm not really sure how to
proceed at this point.
