LuCI uses the arptable to look up a suitable IP for the associated mac. As
you can see in the arp output above, your phone claims to be responsuble
for both IPs and LuCI picks the last one it finds.
I see no way to really fix it here (its cleary an android... speciality)
but I can maybe extend the UI to filter IPs which do not belong to the
current subnet - but that may not be correct in all cases...
