I added the following to the end of usb-mode.json to modeswitch the
Vodafone R215 LTE hotspot via USB connection. I was not sure where to
submit this, since I don't think the OpenWrt usbmode is related to
usb_modeswitch.

Mind that this device requires the huawei_cdc_ncm module for the wwan0
interface to appear.
