#18542: uhttpd hangs/gets killed with long routing- or topo-lists in OLSR

The effect is similar to #13619 an #13978 where uhttpd stops working and
causes a reboot. We believe that it depends on lists with much entries
where uhttpd goes in a timeout or buffer overflow. Smaller lists like
neighbours are working perfect.
