#18673: comgt/chat not working with /dev/cdc-wdm0 only on brcm47xx

After switch to kernel 3.14, the new NCM and huawei_cdc_ncm driver, which
exports the "/dev/cdc-wdm0" command-channel is not working correctly on
brcm47xx-platforms.
This is true for kernel 3.10+huawei-patches, 3.14 and 3.18
This not a Huawei E327x-only problem, Sierra and other ncm devices are
affected, too!
The command-channel is perfect working on ar7xx and other platforms since
kernel 3.10
Something (old) must be different between this platforms, eventualy an
alignment problem in the ncm/huawei-driver or a combination with
comgt/chat.
Trying to communicate with minicom and "echo" to the device is working. So
it looks like the RX-functions are not working.
