#18691: block-mount failed to extract uuid from hfs/hfsplus partition

I've noticed that block-mount is using a tiny version of libblkid which
removed uuid generation feature for hfs/hfsplus partition.
Is it possible to allow choosing from libblkid and the tiny version, as
libblkid is required in many packages, it makes more sense to link it
directly instead of compile a incomplete tiny version.
