Based on my preliminary testing, it seems that kmod-ipt-nathelper-extra
was deprecated and replaced with kmod-nf-nathelper-extra which includes
the same modules (and more) ...
Apparently several Wiki pages need to be updated to reflect this change
e.g. http://wiki.openwrt.org/doc/howto/vpn.nat.pptp
